is wells fargo a good bank and do they give people with bad credit loans?

Wells Fargo is one of the big lenders, I am sure they do sub-prime loans, but so do a lot of other banks.
Check with your local mortgage broker to see who would have the best program for your needs!

wells fargo is a large national bank. Large national banks only care about making as much money as possible so if they feel that you are not a risk they will let you be their customer. I actually have no complaints about wells fargo except their hours. Their online banking is very nice. If you want a financial institutiin that takes care of its customers go to credit union, but sometimes these credit unions are picky about who they will let have account with them.
If you are looking for a bank that will give credit to those with subprime credit checkout chase bank, but you will definitely pay some interest
