Any good business loans out there with low credit score but good equity?
My wife and I have lots of credit card debt that we got building our business this brings our credit scores down But we have lots of equity in our business property there is no mortgage on the business property or equipment. This totals about $200,000+ value, we would like a loan of about $50,000 value Seems like local lenders do not want to help because we are self employed and our credit score any ideas out there!

can a new dentist incorporate his student loans into his business loans to get better tax breaks?
normally you can only deduct up to $2500 in interest and that's if you make less than a certain amount. If you make the student loan a business expense you would be able to write off the entire loan and not just the interest right?

ifs reclaiming PPI on mortgages and business loans possible and if so can they close on you after?
basiclly doing the PPI reclaim on cards already and personal loan, but can you do it on morgages and business loans and can they close you down as a result ie once reclaimed they tell you to settle your finall balance?

Small business loans and grants for new start-up?
My husband is bound and determined to open a comic/card shop in our area. It's been his lifelong dream, and I think it would be good for him to pursue something like that. He's 20 years old, and I'm 21-- so we don't exactly have wonderful credit built up yet. Can anyone tell me what kinds of small business start-up loans and grants are available? How would we go about financing the start up of this business?

Does anyone recall the database started so people could provide small business loans to developing countries?
I saw it on TV a year or so ago. If I'm not mistaken, the creator was in the running for the Nobel Prize. It was started so anyone who had some money to invest, could provide small loans to individuals in developing countries to start their own businesses. Then the loans were repaid with interest and the satisfaction of helping develope the economy of a small country. I think the preliminaries were had positive results, as people were repaying as they should. Does anyone have any information on it or a link?

would it be easier to get business loans if you become an LLC and get an EIN?
I filled bank bankruptcy a couple of years ago. so I cant really get any loans.
If I had my business made into an LLC and got its own Federal Tax Identification Number, would it be easier to get a loan. Or would they still look at my personal record, and deny the loan because of the bankruptcy.

Does anyone know of a good business loan source who offers collateral based loans?
I own an investment property with a lot of equity and I would like to cash out and purchase a restaurant. I must move quickly on the restaurant, and I'd prefer not to deal with the hassle of trying to obtain a home equity line in this market...but I would still like to use the investment property as collateral. Are there ANY decent business loans or grants out there for businesses destroyed in Hurricane Katrina?
I have a friend who had a business destroyed in Hurricane Katrina. He didn't qualify for enough of an SBA loan to fix or replace everything that was destroyed in the hurricane. He needs to know if there are any grants or low interest loans of any kind.
