My girlfriend walked into several banks, applied for loans and took the best rate she could find. She qualified for the loans by having a great credit score and smart business plan. This is the issue she has with idiot Liberals who constantly tell blacks that it's racism that prevented the loan. Nonsense. It's the lack of effort and skill to put it all together and get it done. Liberal Senators like Chuck Schumer and Barney Frank pressed the banks to loan more freely, and blocked all reforms at Fannie Mae which backs 56% of all mortgages in this country. It was the number one cause of the Financial meltdown. Banks look to Fannie Mae for backing before bundling mortgages and selling them as Securities. Liberals like you point the finger and say "Republicans caused the crash" without any knowledge of how it all works.
