My coworker and I are interested in buying the store we currently work in and would need loans or grants to do so. It's a small grocery store with two second floor apartments in a town of only 1200. If any grant that ask for application fee, it is a scam. Your best bet actually will be from the states if they offer grant programs for women (or any other special interest groups -- minorities, women, disabled, veterans, etc).
