Can I get mortgage from any USA Bank for buying condo in Costa Rica? Any idea reg. commercial loans overseas?

Mortgage loan companies such as banks do not usually give mortgages for property located outside their area. In the event of lapsed payments they can't take possession of the property. Your best solution would be to get your bank to give you a letter of introduction, (saying your credit is good etc.) and then approach a lending institute in Costa Rica.
