Look into Equity One. I work for them and we have programs for FTHB( First time home buyers) and we are a subprime lender which means that we deal with FICO scores from the high 600's to the low 500's. The best of luck to you. Let me know if I was of any help to you.

I would suggest a FHA loan, just be careful with what lender you go with. If you have poor credit there are alot of loan officers that will rip you off and get you into a loan that is not in your best intrest. Good luck and happy home shopping.
