Does any bank offer home loan(not personal loans) for the plots? I want to buy a plot and get the house constructed. I approaced some banks for this and they are ready to give me personal loans, but i am looking to get home loan as i would work our much cheaper and i can also avail the tax benefits. Please let me know if any bank have any such product to offer.
