Question
How do I repair my credit fast for immediate loan approval? I was informed once that there is a way to repair your credit if you pay a certain amount of money in order to get approved for a homeowners loan. Is this true? And how do I find the repair person?

The short answer is that you can't. A credit rating is based on a long history of prompt (or not so prompt) payments. There are some fast buck operators who will, for a fee, hang your name as a co-signer with a person with a stellar credit rating, but people are getting wise to this scam and if you get caught, you're toast.

My friend, messing up with your credit score happens so quick but, repairing it is a slow long process( I mean if you pay all your debts right away, it will take at least a month for the major credit score monitor companies to update their database). The bottom line is if you don't have a good credit score, expect to pay more than someone who has a good credit score if you get approved.

To Repair credit score Your credit score is based mostly on: 1. Length of credit history 2. Payment history. 3. Ratio of credit used to available credit. 4. Number of credit inquiries you authorized. If you cancel your card, you'll be hurting your credit ratio. (#3). You want to deliberately keep your oldest credit card open, even if you never use it. You want to always pay the minimums of each loan on time every month. You want to keep your available credit high, but actually only have balances equalinig 25% or less. You want to keep your credit inquiries to a minimum. Try for no more than 3 or 4 per year for any type of loans. You do these things and your credit score will quickly soar into the 700s. ------------------------------------------------- http://www.bestcreditrates.net

No. This is bogus. "Repairing" your credit is not a fast, overnight thing that can be done by paying a fee to someone. Don't do it. I have done this sort of thing and it does work, but depending on what the negative items are in your credit report and which credit reporting agency its it could take up to two years (maybe even longer) and there is no guarantee it will work at all.
