I am opening a new business and I am wondering where to find information about a low interest loan for start up costs, I already own the building and property I also have the proper zoning for the business, I dont want to go thru a local bank because of the high interest rates even though I have good credit, I am needing $25,000 for start up costs and would appreciate any information that anyone could give me.
