obamas' low interest loans for small businesses?
my home based roofing business is going down the toilet through no fault of my own. my only option at this point is to try to get one of these loans or file bankruptcy. how easy or hard is this? what are the odds of me getting approved? (i know i fit the criteria for this) how long does it usually take until i know? any info is greatly appreciated
