Fiancee and I have bad credit. Chances of getting morgage to buy a home?
We both have poor credit but don't want to rent an apartment. We believe it will just be a waste. We would like to buy a home and actually have our money being invested into something. Being said what are the chances we can even get a company to give us a morgage in the economy. We are looking for something around 90000- 105000. what happens when i give my house back to the morgage company?
due to the credit crunch and my 2yrs fixed rate ending i cannot afford to keep my house anymore,i have got it on the market but ive had no interest at all.i am in financial difficulty and cannot afford it anymore.we cant drop the price of the house as we have no equity in it and owe it all to the morgage company.can we just move out and give the keys back to the morgage company or would the morgage company have to drop the price so we could afford it?

Bank suspend the application due to "unaccepable property and unacceptable appraisal.

Does asking morgage companies to reasearch quotes on rates cause any unkown stress to your credit rating. For example would asking for a rate and morgage put "dings" on your rating.

I made an offer on a house and it was a good deal . Price reduced a lot!! . But the Morgage Co wanted $8000.00 in closing costs. Thank God I got out of that because that was way too much Should have been $3500 or $4000.00.I figured. What is the deal now?

Is it worse for your credit score to pay your morgage 20 days out or car payment 30 days past due?
I have to make a choice. My mortgage was due on first not charged late fees until 16th-but can't pay both car and mortgage. Do morgage co's report you as late if your are 20 days out??

Anyone having problems with Citifinancial putting 100% of their morgage payment towards intrest?
I am having problems with Citifinancial putting all of my morgage payment towards the intrest.How is this legal?I have a set intrest rate and Im never late on a payment.Im just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if there is anything I can do about it.Everytime I call they hang up on me and refuse to answer why.Please help.

Why would a Morgage investigator come to your house and take pictures of it? I rent this house and a guy with?
a badge came to my house today and was taking pictures and said that he worked for the morgage company.....So would this mean that the person that i am renting from is not paying the morgage on the house with the rent money we are giving him? Or is someone trying to sue him?

Can a private morgage lender do business in any state?
I am looking to borrow from a family member in Michigan to buy a home in Utah. We are planning to have an attorney write up a formal mortgage. Can this be done like this, from Michigan to Utah?

Why cant you apply for a morgage if you have less then 1 year on your visa?
My boyfriend and i are looking to buy next year and have been told we arent able to get a morgage as i will have less then 1 year left on my visa, even though its an ansestral visa and ill be applying for my british passport in the future.
