I rent this house and a guy with? a badge came to my house today and was taking pictures and said that he worked for the morgage company.....So would this mean that the person that i am renting from is not paying the morgage on the house with the rent money we are giving him? Or it could be that the owner has a clause in the mortgage that required him to actually live in the home for x amount of years and he isn't doing so.
