Question
Why would a Morgage investigator come to your house and take pictures of it? I rent this house and a guy with? a badge came to my house today and was taking pictures and said that he worked for the morgage company.....So would this mean that the person that i am renting from is not paying the morgage on the house with the rent money we are giving him? Or is someone trying to sue him?

It could just mean that the owner is refinancing. Or it could be that the owner has a clause in the mortgage that required him to actually live in the home for x amount of years and he isn't doing so.

It could mean many things. No matter what the reason is, you duty to pay rent does not change nor is the owner obligated to use your rent money to pay his/her mortgage.
