If you quit borrowing today, you wont need to borrow to pay those bills tomorrow.
Your problem isn't who to borrow from, but that you are borrowing to pay for what you already borrowed. For example if you have a car loan and you are short on money, then you are borrowing to pay for your car loan.

Takes about 2-3 days but it's electronically wired into your account. The next best option is Citibank personal loans. They cut you a check on the spot. If you're really desperate, go for the payday or title loans. Be wary of the superhigh interest rates, though. They're upwards of 300%
