how can i get licensed to sell reverse mortgages?
I would like to sell them, and get trained and licensed for cheap, but from a good institution. Currently i have my salesperson license, would i need a broker first. I am in Cali. Thanks
thanks but, Lets say i did work for a broker, or had my borkers license my self (6months away!), what then

Does anyone know about reverse mortgages?
My mother has talked to a consultant about a HUD reverse mortgage. She thinks she needs it to help in her retirement. Is it a good deal or a rip-off?

Anybody know any draw backs with reverse mortgages?
Reverse mortgage is drawing from the equity in your home and not having to pay it back until you move or die. It is only for older folks.

Are there any alternatives to Reverse Mortgages?
My gram is 63 and is paying her mortgage every month but doesn't have much else left over. She owes $179,000 on a house worth $210,000 in this market. Is there any alternative to a reverse mortgage where she wouldn't have to make a monthly payment? She is getting sick and afraid she might have to cut back her hours at work. Any help would be appreciated! :)
